Shipping & Returns
Delivering on our promise is everything!
At Cuddle Bug Toy Factory, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. Most orders placed before 5pm (Eastern time) are shipped next business day. Rarely, some orders may take an extra day or two to process, but we’ll do our best to avoid that.
When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking information. You can also check the status and track your order by logging into My Account.

We use the US Postal Service for most shipments, and occasionally UPS and FedEx. For PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, orders are shipped via US Postal Service. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses.
*For APO/FPO addresses, transit time is an estimate of when packages will reach the military postal system. Transit time for US Territories generally takes a few days longer for Expedited shipping and can take up to 14 business days for Standard shipping.
All orders are shipped from New Jersey.
Items returned by carrier
Please verify that the ship-to address is accurate and valid. If your item is refused upon delivery or marked “Return to Sender” or “Undeliverable” or something similar, we will notify you by e-mail and refund the purchase price of the item less any shipping charges.

Cuddle Bug Toy Factory values your business and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding Final Sale items).
To being a return please Contact Us with your order number and any details about your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items. Returned items must be in their original condition, including any attached tags, manuals, intact security seals, etc. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
Did we ship the wrong item or is it defective?
Each order is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy. However, mistakes do happen. If we’ve inadvertently shipped an incorrect or defective item, please notify us and we will ship your correct order and a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the incorrect or defective item.
Looking for something different?
We understand it can be tough to buy products online, especially when shopping for soft cuddly toys. That’s why we carry only quality brands and we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photos of every product we sell. If the item is not quite what you expected or if you no longer want it, we will gladly accept a return.
After receiving your returned item, we will refund the full purchase price less any shipping charges. Insurance or delivery confirmation for the return package is highly recommended but at the customer’s discretion. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Some of our items are final sale (e.g. teething rings for babies). This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Unless the item sent is incorrect or defective, returns will not be accepted for these items.
